Ingredients
Carrots – 5
Sugar – as per your taste(5 tsp approx.)
milk with cream– 2 cups
Cardamom powder – a pinch (optional)
Method
1.Clean and wash the carrots.
2.Peel and cut the carrots.
3.Now make a smooth paste with little amount of milk.
4.Add the remaining milk and sugar.
5.Once again blend well.
6.Transfer this into glass and sprinkle with cardamom powder.
7.Serve chilled.
