Bhendi Fry

Ingredients:
bhendakayalu - 250 gms
Salt - to taste
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Grated coconut - 2 tsps (optional)
oil - 4 tbsp

Tadka:
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
red chilli - 2 broken
curry leaves - a few

Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan, add tadka and fry for few mins.
2.Add Bhendi and fry for 2 minutes.
3.Add turmeric, mix and fry until bhendi turns slightly golden brown.
4.Now add salt,red chilli powder,dhaniya powder and fry for few more minutes.
5.Lastly add grated coconut and fry for 2 minutes.Turn off.
