Instant Oats Uthapam

Ingredients:
Oats -1/2 cup (dry grind and keep it aside)
Rava -1/2 cup
Curd -1 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp (optional)
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying uthapam
Carrot -2  tbsp (grated)
Cabbage - 2  tbsp (grated)
Coriander leaves -a few(finely chopped)


Method:
1.Mix Oats powder,Rava,curd,cumin seeds,salt in a bowl.

2.Add enough water to make thick dosa batter.Let it sit for half an hour.

3.Add carrot,cabbage,coriander leaves to the batter and mix well.

4.Heat tawa on high and season it with oil.

5.pour a laddle full of batter and spread a little.Drizzle a tsp of oil.

6.Reduce the flame to medium.Cover the lid and cook until one side is done.

7.Gently flip to other side and cook adding 1/2 tsp of oil
