Moong Sprouts Salad

Ingredients:
Sprouted moong beans - 2 cups
Tomato - 1 medium (finely chopped)
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Boiled Potato - 1 small (chopped) (optional)
Promograte seeds - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
chat masala powder - 1 tsp (optional)
Coriander leaves - a few

Method:
1.Mix all the above ingredients in a Bowl and serve.

Note:
If you do not like your sprouts to be crunchy,you can boil sprouts and then mix with the ingredients.
