Sweet Dosa

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup
Ragi Flour – 1/2 cup
Powdered Jaggery – 1/3 cup
Salt - to taste
Ghee – for each dosa

Method:
1.Mix Jaggery with 3/4 cup of water in a Saucepan over medium heat and let jaggery melt into water.turn off heat.Strain it and Set aside.
2.Mix the flours,salt,melted jaggery without any lumps by enough adding water to make like dosa batter.
3.Let the batter sit for 10 minutes.
4.Heat the Tawa in medium heat,Season it with Ghee and make dosas as usual. Let dosa fry in both sides.
