Ingredients:
Rice Flour - 3 cups
Urad dal - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 1 cup
salt - a pinch
Oil - 1 tsps for each attu
water - little if required
Method:
1.Wash and soak urad dal in water for 4 hours.
2.Grind it smooth by adding very little water at a time to make thick batter.
3.Add Rice flour to the batter.
4.Let it ferment for 8 hours or over night.
5.Add sugar,Jaggery,salt and mix everything well.
6.Heat tawa,season it with oil, make thick pancakes.
