Ingredients:
Rice - 1 Cup
Yogurt - 1 Cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tsp for each pancake
Method:
1.Wash Rice and soak in yogurt along with fenugreek seeds for 6 to 8 hours.
2.Grind the soaked ingredients into smooth batter and leave it for fermentation for 8 hours.
3.Add salt and mix it well and make pancakes as usual.
