Ingredients:
Tomatos - 250 gms (chopped)
Capsicum - 1 small (chopped)
Carrot - 1 small (chopped)
Celery - 1/4 cup chopped (optional)
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves - for garnishing
Method:
1.Heat Butter in a Pan,add cumin seeds,Celery,Carrot,capsicum and sault for a minute.
2.Add tomatos and fry for few minutes,add pepper.Turn off heat.
3.Blend the saulted ingredients into smooth paste and strain and keep it aside.
4.Heat a kadai in midium heat,add the strained veg puree and some water.
5.Mix corn flour with some water without any lumps and add to the mixture
6.Add salt,Black salt,sugar and let it come to a boil.
7.Add fresh cream,turn off heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
Note:
You can add any veggies of your choice.
