Ingredients
1 cup chopped fresh beans
2 green chillies (slit them length wise)
a pinch of turmeric powder
salt,chilli powder as per taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Seasoning
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp mustards
2 dry red chillis(cut each into 2 pieces)
few curry leaves
Method
1.Boil chopped beans and keep it aside.
2.Heat oil in kadai, add seasoning and let them pop, now add green chillies, fry till transparent.
3. Add turmeric powder and boiled beans , mix, covered, stirring, cook till the beans become tender on low flame.
4. Then add fresh grated coconut and add salt,chilli powder, mix, covered, cook for 5 minutes and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
5..Turn off the heat and serve with rice
