Ingredients
Okra - 1/4 kg(Rinse and dry okra. Trim the caps and cut into small slices)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Hing - a pinch
salt,chilli powder - as per taste
Dry or fresh coconut gratings - 2 tsps
Seasoning
oil - 4 tsps
jeera - 1/2 tsp
mustards - 1/2 tsp
red chillis - 2
curry leaves - a few
Method
1.Heat oil,Add seasoning and let them pop.
2.Add Hing,turmeric powder and stir it once.
3.Now add okra sliced pieces,mix well,fry till the okra pieces becomes slightly black color.
3.Add salt,chilli powder, mix well and fry for another 5 minutes in a medium flame.
4.Lastly add coconut gratings and fry for few more mins.
5.Turn off heat and serve.
