Ingredients
milk powder - 1/2kg
cocoa powder - 100 gms
water - 1 cup
sugar - 300 gms
unsalted butter - 150 gms
Method
1.Combine milk powder and cocoa powder.
2.Boil sugar in water to melt, for about 10 minutes, then add butter in it and cook it for 5 minutes more.
3.Pour hot butter mass in milk and cocoa combination and mix it good (to be without lumps).
4.Pour the chocolate recipe mass into chocolate mold or in the pan, make squares with a toothpick on it and put it in refrigerator over night.
5.Take chocolate out of the molds and serve your chocolate.
