Ingredients
coriander seeds - 1 cup
Jeera - 1/2 cup
channa dal - 1/2 cup
dry red chillis - 6
black pepper - 1/4 cup
oil - 1 tsp
Method
1.Heat oil in kadai,roast all ingredients in a low flame until.
2.Mix all the ingredients and grind it into a fine powder.
3.Store sambar powder in an air-tight bottle and use whenever required.
