Rasam powder


Ingredients
Tur dal - 2 tbsps
Coriander seeds - 1/2 cup
Jeera - 1 tbsps

black pepper - 1/4 cup
Red chilli - 5 (or acc to ur spice)


Preparation
1. Heat the kadai,Dry roast all the ingredients on low flame and keep it aside.Let them cool.

2.Grind the cooled ingredients into a fine powder.

3.Store it an air tight container and use whenever required.
