Ingredients
Channa dal - 2 cups
Urad dal - 1/4 cup
Coriander seeds - 1/4 cup
Dry Coconut - 1/2 cup
Dry red chillis - 8 (or acc to ur spice)
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1/2 tsp for each ingredient frying
Preparation
1.Roast all the ingredients one by one in a low flame.Let it cool.
2.Add salt and Grind them into a course powder.
3.Store in a air-tight container and use whenever required.
