Ingredients
Long Green chillies - 10
Gram Flour/Besan - 2 cup
rice flour - 2 tsp
Ajwain/Vaamu - 3 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Soda - a pinch
Water - to make the batter
Oil - for Frying
Coriander for garnishing(finely cut)
Lemon Juice-For Garnishing
Stuffing(grind into a fine powder)
roasted chenna dal - 1 cup
Ajwain/vaamu - 1/2 tsp,
jeera - 1/2 tsp
salt - as per taste
Method
1.Take the Green chillies,wash them,slit them and remove the seeds inside them.
2.Now fill the slit chillies with stuffing powder and keep aside for 1 hour.
3.Take Gram flour,rice flour,add salt,Vaamu,soda,2 tsp hot oil to it and make a batter which is not very watery as well as thick.
4.Heat oil for frying.Take each chilli,dip it in the batter and drop it immediately into the oil.Fry all of them and spread on a paper towel.
5.Now make a slit on these bajjis and fill them with coriander and Pour Lemon juice over them before eating!!
6.Now your mirchi bajji is ready and serve hot.
