Lemon Rice/Nimmakaya Pulihora


Ingredients
Rice - 1 cup
groundnuts - 1/2 cup
green chilli - 3(slit them length wise)
finely chopped ginger - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - a pinch
hing - a pinch
salt as per taste
lemon juice - 1(big)

Seasoning
Oil - 4 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chillies - 1 or 2 (cut each into 2 pieces)
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - A few

Method
1.Cook Rice and keep it aside.

2.Heat oil in a kadai,add seasoning,allow them to splutter.

3.now add groundnuts,green chilli,ginger,hing.saute until groundnut turn to golden color.

3.Turn off heat,add salt,turmeric powder,lemon juice and mix well.now add cooked rice to it and again mix well.

4.Now your lemon rice is ready to serve.
