Ingredients
Brinjals - 1/2 kg(small once)
red chillis
garlic
dry shedded coconut
salt - as per taste
Stuffing
Make a powder out of red chilli powder, salt, garlic and dry shredded coconut.
Method
1.Wash Brinjals and make 2 slits to form a cross leaving the stalks intact.
2.Stuff the brinjals with the prepared powder.
3.Heat oil in kadai,add stuffed brinjals and cook it on a low flame.
