Ingredients
Besan - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 cups
Ghee - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup

Method
1.Heat ghee in kadai,fry besan till raw smell goes and keep it aside.

2.Prepare sugar syrup by adding water in a thick bottomed wide vessel(one string consistency test).

3.Once sugar melts.start adding the besan little by little with continuous stirring.

Note: Stir well continuously or else lumps will be formed.

4.After finishing the besan,start adding ghee little by little,allowing the besan to get cooked nicely.

5.The ghee will start blending with the mixture and the color will start changing. (Please do not stop stirring)

6.Once if ghee is completely absorbed by the mixture,Remove from heat and pour in a flat plate greased with ghee and spread evenly and cut them into pieces.

Note: Please do not cook in high flame.
