Banana Kesari


Ingredients
Lapsi Rava/wheat rava - 1 cup
Ripe Banana - 1(remove skin,grind into paste)
Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 cup
water - 2 cups
Cardamom pods - 3
Ghee - for frying
Dry fruits for garnish

Method
1.Heat ghee in a kadai,fry dry fruits,tranfer it to another plate.

2.now heat ghee in same kadai,fry the Rava till raw smell goes and keep it aside.

3.In the meanwhile,add milk and water in another bowl,allow it to boil.Add the rava to the boiling milk and cover it. Keep stirring occasionally.

4.Once the rava gets cooked,add banana paste and stir for few mins.

5.Now add sugar and continue to stir.

6.When the sugar is fully dissolved,add cardamom Powder and Mix well for about two minutes.

7.Turn off heat and garnish with fried dryfruits.

8.Your Banana kesari is now ready and can be served hot or chilled.
