Cauliflower Gassi


Ingredients
cauliflower - 1/2 kg(cut into florets)
coconut milk - 2 cups
green chilli - 1(cut into two-halves)
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
salt - as per taste
chopped coriander - for garnishing
oil - 1 tsp

For Seasoning

mustard seeds - 1 tsp
curry leaves - a few

Method
1.Wash and clean cauliflower florets.Boil cauliflower florets in 2 cups water for 3 minutes. Drain out water.

2.Heat oil in a pressure cooker,add green chilli,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cauliflower florets and fry for few mins.

3.Add coconut milk,add salt and cook for 1 whistle.

4.Heat 1 tsp oil in a small pan,add mustard seeds. When it starts crackling add curry leaves. Pour this seasoning over cauliflower gassi.

5.Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with rice.
