Besan Laddu



Ingredients
Besan/senaga pindi - 1 cup
ghee - 1/4 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
cardomom powder - 1/2 tsp

Method
1.In a thick-bottomed pan, add Ghee and let it melt.now add Besan and fry over low flame until an aroma arises.Switch off stove.

2.Now add sugar powder,cardomom powder and mix it well and let it cool.

3.Now shape into laddus and Store them in an air tight container. Stays fresh for a few days.
