Mudda Pappu


Ingredients
Tur Dal - 1 cup
salt to taste
water - 1 1/2 cup approx.(enough water for the dal to immerse)
Oil - 1 tsp

Method
1. In a Pressure cooker,dry roast Tur Dal on a medium heat till it turns slight brown.wash it once.

2.Add salt and just enough water to the dal till it is immersed.close the lid.

3.Cook for 1 whistle and simmer for 5 mins. Turn off flame.Let pressure completely comes out.

4.Serve with hot steamed rice,ghee and rasam.
