Ingredients
water - 4 cups
Tamrind - a lemon sized(extract juice)
coriander leaves with stems - a few
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Jaggery or sugar - 1 tsp
Rasam powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Seasoning
Ghee - 1 tsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
red chilli - 2
curry leaves - a few
hing - a pinch
Method
1.Take a kadai,add all the above ingredients and let it come to one boil in medium heat.
2.Immediately,reduce the flame to low and boil for 15-20 mins.
3.Add seasoning to it and serve with rice.
