Ingredients
Rajma - 1 cup(soak overnight in water)
Besan - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Curry leaves - a few
Corriander leaves - a few
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Oil- to deep fry
Masala
Fennel seeds - 1 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1/4 inch
Cinnamon - 1/4 inch
Cloves - 2
Greenchilles - 2
Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste.
Method
1.Grind rajma with the ground masala to a coarse mixture.
2.In a bowl,add rajma mixture,besan,Salt,Curry leaves,Coriander leaves,Jeera and Mix it well and make vadas.Serve it hot with any chutney.
