Sabudana Idly


Ingredients
Idly rice - 2 cups
Methi seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1 1/2 tsp
Sago/Sabudana - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Cooking soda - 1/4 tsp

Method
1.Soak rice,methi seeds & urad dal together & sago separately in water for 4 hrs.

2.Grind everything together with salt to a smooth batter.Leave it to ferment overnight.

3.Before making idly mix cooking soda to the batter.Rest for 5 minutes and make idlys as usual.

4.Offer to Lord with any chutney of your choice.
