Palakova/Milk Sweet


Ingredients
Whole Milk - 1/2 lt
Sugar - 1.5 cups(or as per taste)

Method
1.Boil milk on medium high heat.

2.Stir continuously until its thick and solid.

3.Add sugar to the thickened kova.

4.Mix it well for 2 or 3 min's and switch off the stove.

5.Let it cool and serve.

Tip:
You can apply little ghee to palms and mould palkova into your desired shape.
Garnish with nuts and serve.
