Ingredients
Sweet Potato - 1 large
Sugar - 1 cup
Pure Ghee - 1 tsp
Cashews - 4
Raisins - 4
Method
1.Wash, peel, remove ends and grate the sweet potato.(approx. 1 1/2 cups)
2.Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a Kadai, add cashews.
3.When cashews turn light brown, add raisins and trasfer it to another plate.
4.Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in same kadai, then add grated sweet potatoes & fry well.
5.Cook till ghee starts oozing out.
6.Add sugar & Mix well and cook for 5 more minutes.
7.Remove from heat and garnish with rasins and fried cashewnuts.
8.Your yummy sweet potato halwa is ready.Serve hot or cold.
