Ingredients
Samo Seeds/Bhaghar Rice - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 2 tsps
Upvas Salt/Rock Salt - as per taste
Ghee - 1 tsp
Water - 2 cups
coriander leaves - a few
Method
1.Heat Ghee in a kadai,add cumin seeds and sault for a minute.
2.Add Samo seeds and roast them for 5 mins by stirring continously.
3.Now add water,salt,coriander leaves and mix well and cover it with a lid.
4.Now after 5 to 6 mins Samo will be puffed and cooked.
5.Serve hot with potato curry.
