Ingredients
Potatos - 2(Boil,Peel and chop into medium cubes)
Roasted peanut powder - 2 tsps or to taste
Upvas salt/Rock Salt - as per taste
coriander leaves - for garnishing
Ghee/Peanut Oil - 2 tsps
Method
1.Heat Ghee in a kadai,Add potatos,salt and fry till golden brown.
2.Now add Pepper powder,mix well and stir for 5 mins.
3.Turn of heat and grnish with coriander leaves.
