Potato Gravy

Ingredients
Potatos – 3 medium sized(Peel & chop into medium cubes)
Upvas salt/Rock salt – as per taste
Jeera – 1 tsp
Ghee/Peanut Oil – 2 tsps
Coriander leaves – for garnishing
Coconut milk – 1 cup or as required

Masala Paste
Ginger - an inch piece
Green chilli - 2(or acc. to ur spice level)
Coconut pieces - 2 tsps
Cashewnuts - 4 - 5 nos.

Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste by adding little water and keep it aside.

Method
1.Heat Ghee in a Kadai,add jeera and fry for 2 mins.

2.Add Potatos pieces and fry till they become little tender.

3.Add the ground paste and fry til raw smell goes.

4.Add salt,turmeric powder and fry for few mins

5.Now add coconut milk and cook till potatoes are done.
.
6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Note :
You can even add water instead of coconut milk.
