Samo Halva
Ingredients
Samo seeds - 1 cup
Ripe Banana - 1(remove skin,chop into very fine pieces)
Sugar - 1/2 cup or to taste
Milk - 1 cup
water - 2 cups
Ghee - for frying
Cashews - a few for garnish
Method
1.Heat ghee in a kadai,fry dry fruits,tranfer it to another plate.
2.Now in same kadai,fry the samo seeds till raw smell goes.
3.Add milk,water and mix well,covered and allow it to boil.Keep stirring occationally.
4.Once the Samo gets cooked,add banana pieces and stir for few mins.
5.Now add sugar and continue to stir.
6.When the sugar is fully dissolved,Mix well for about two minutes.
7.Turn off heat and garnish with fried dryfruits.
8.Serve it.
