Ingredients
Long Grain Rice - 1 Cup
Water - 2 Cups
long beans,carrot - 1 cup (finely chopped)
Salt - to taste
Oil - few drops
Method
1.Cook the Rice with water,some salt,allow it to cool and keep it aside.
2.Now Heat Oil in high heat,Add cardomon,cloves,cinamon stick and fry for a minute.
3.Add the veggies,some salt and stir fry for 2 minutes.Add Rice and mix it gently for 1 minute.
