Cauliflower Tomato Curry


Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1 (wash & cut into small florets)
Chopped Tomatos - 2 medium sized
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Jeera - 1 tsp
Salt,Chilli Powder - as per taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Dhaniya Powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tsps
Chopped coriander leaves - for garnishing

Method
1.Soak the cauliflower florets in hot water.Add a pinch of salt.Cover it and leave it aside for 10 minutes.

2.Heat Oil in a Pressure cooker,Add Jeera and allow them to spluter.

3.Add ginger paste,hing,turmeric powder and stir it once.

4.Then add chopped tomatoes,salt,chilli powder,Dhaniya Powder and sault until oil gets separated.

5.Now add cauliflower florets,water and pressure cook for 1 whistle.

6.Turn off heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
