Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients
Paneer – 200 gms (cut into medium size cubes)
Oil – 1 tsp
Butter – 4 tsps
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Tomato puree – 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Milk or Whipping cream – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Chopped Cilantro – to garnish

Method
1. Heat a pan and add Oil and then Butter.

2. Once hot,add Ginger paste & saute for 2 min.

3. Add in the Tomato puree and sault for few more mins.

4. Add the Coriander Powder,Garam Masala,Red Chili Powder and the Salt.

5. Mix and cook till oil separates.

6. Add Paneer and mix gently.

7. Pour water and cook for 5 mins in a low flame.

8. Now add Milk and stir well.

9. Allow it to come to another boil.

10.Add Sugar and mix well.

11.Garnish with Cilantro and serve hot.
