Paneer Tikka Masala

Ingredients
Tomato puree - 1 cup
salt - as per taste
red chili powder - 1 tsp
ginger paste - 1 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Maida or All purpose flour - 1/2 tsp
whipped cream or Milk - 1/2 cup (optional)
Sugar - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Jeera - 1 tsp
oil - 1 tsp + 1 tsp
Chopped cilantra - a few
Water - as required to get the curry consistency

For Marination
Thick yogurt - 1/2 cup thick
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
lemon juice - 1 tsp
oil - 1 tsp
paneer - 200 gms (cut into thin Squares)
Capsicum - 1 small size(chop into medium squares)
Tomato - 1 small size (chop into medium cubes)

Take a bowl,add all the above ingredients,mix well and let it sit for 1 hr or you can refrizerate it.

Method
1.In a flat frying pan,sprinkle 1 tsp of oil on medium heat.

2.Next put the marinated paneer in frying pan and gently fry both sides for about 3 to 4 minutes until paneer becomes light brown.

3.Transfer the paneer to a bowl.

4.In the same pan,heat 1 tsp of oil,Add cumin seeds,Hing and fry for few seconds.

5.Now add ginger paste,Maida,mix well & fry for few mins.

6.Add the tomato puree,coriander powder,Jeera powder,turmeric,red chili powder,sugar and cook till oil gets separated.

7.Add little water and cook for few mins.

8.Add Paneer,garam masala powder and mix well.

9.Add Cream,adjust salt and cook for few more mins.

10.Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.
