Ingredients
Thick Butter milk - 2 cups
salt - to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
red chilli - 2
Curry leaves - a few
hing - a pinch
Oil - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves -for garnishing
Method
1.Take a kadai,add Mustard seeds,when they spluter add Jeera,red chilli,curry leaves and fry for 2 mins.
2.Now add hing,turmeric powder,salt,stir it once and switch off the flame.
3.Now pour this seasoning to the buttermilk.
4.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
