Pepper Rasam/Miriyala Charu

Ingredients
water - 4 cups
Tamrind - a lemon sized(extract juice)

coriander leaves with stems - a few
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Jaggery or sugar - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Jeera Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1/2 tsp

Seasoning
Ghee - 1 tsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
red chilli - 2
Curry leaves - a few
hing - a pinch

Method
1.Take a kadai,add all the above ingredients and let it come for one boil in a medium heat.

2.Immediately,reduce the flame to low and boil for 15 mins.

3.Add seasoning to it and serve with rice.
