Beetroot Chutney

Ingredients
Beetroot pieces - 1 cup (cleaned,pealed & diced)
Coconut - 1/4 cup 
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Red chilli - 2 or 3 (acc to ur spice)

Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp

Water - as required for grinding

For Tempering
Mustard - 1 tsp

Curry leaves - 1 spring
Oil - 1 tsp

Method
1.Heat oil in kadai,add urad dal,redchill and fry til dal turn slightly brown.

2.Add beetroot pieces,coconut pieces and sault for 5 minutes.Switch off flame and let it cool.

3.In a blender,add roasted ingredients and grind to a paste by add little water.

4.Transfer it to serving bowl,temper with the tempering items and mix well.

5.Serve with Idlies or dosas!
