Coconut Chutney

Ingredients
Coconut pieces - 1 cup (cleaned & diced)
Roasted Chana dal - 1 fistful
Ginger - small inch piece
Tamarind - small piece
Green chillies - 2-3 nos.(acc to ur spice)
Salt - to taste

Water - as required for grinding

For Tempering
Mustard - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
redchilli - 1
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Oil - 2 tsp

Method
1.In a blender,add all the above ingredients.First grind with out water and then add enough water and grind to a smooth paste.

2.Transfer it to serving bowl and temper with the tempering items and mix well.


Variation:
If you want the colour of the chutney to be full white,peel of dark skin of coconut and omit the roasted chana dal.
