Ingredients
Rava - 1 cup
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cashewnuts - 10 nos.
curry leaves - few
oil - 1 tbsp
ghee - 1 tbsp+ 1 tsp
Green chilli : 1
Ginger - small piece
water - 3 cups
Method
1. Heat ghee in a kadai, add mustard seeds.
2.When the seeds splutter,chana dal,cashewnuts,ginger,greenchilli,curry leaves and fry until dal and nuts turn slight brown.
3.Now add Rava and fry for 3 to 4 minutes by stirring.
4.Add boiling water,salt,cover the lid and allow it to cook until water evaporates,
5.Add 1 tsp ghee and mix everything well.
