Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 3 medium sized (wash & chop)
coconut - fistful of pieces
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
greenchilli - 2 slit length wise (or to taste)
salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tsps
Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan, add in cumin seeds,coriander seeds and fry a minute.
2.Add green chilli,tomatos and sault for 2 minutes.
3.Add coconut and fry for 2 minutes.
3.Turn off heat and let it cool completely.
4.Grind the cooled ingredients along with salt to a course paste without adding any water.
