Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 3 medium sized (wash and chop)
Sesame seeds - a fistful
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
greenchilli - 2 slit length wise (or to taste)
salt - to taste
tamrind - small piece
Oil - 2 tsps
Method:
1.Dry roast Sesame seeds in a pan and transfer it to a plate.
1.Heat Oil in the same Pan,add in cumin seeds,coriander seeds and fry a minute.
2.Add green chilli,tomatos and sault for 3 to 4 minutes.
3.Turn off heat and let it cool completely.
4.Grind the cooled ingredients along with roasted sesame seeds,tamrind,salt to a course paste without adding water.
