Tomato cilanthro chutney

Ingredients:
Tomatos - 2 medium
Coriander Leaves - a fistful
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 2 (or to taste)
salt - to taste
tamrind - a small piece
 Oil - 1/2 tbsp + 1/2 tbsp

Tempering:
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
urad dal - 1 tsp
curry leaves - a few
Oil - a tsp

Method:
1.Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add in cumin seeds,greenchilli and fry a minute.
2.Add coriander leaves, fry for a minute and transfer to a plate.
3.Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in same pan, add tomatos and sault for 4 to 5 minutes.
4.Turn off heat and let it cool down.
5.Now grind all roasted ingredients along with tamrind and salt by adding little water at a time to make a course paste.
6.Lastly do the tempering and add to the chutney.
