Ginger Curryleaves chutney

Ingredients:
Ginger - a small lemon sized(clean and chop into small pieces)
Tamrind - a big amla sized(boil in little water and keep it aside)
Curryleaves - a fistfull
urad dal - 2 tsps
Jaggery - 2 tbsps (or more)
redchilli - 10 (or to taste) cut into half
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Methi seeds - 1/2 tsp
salt - to taste
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
hing - a pinch
Oil - 2 tbsp

Method:
1.Heat oil in a kadai, add methi seeds,urad dal and fry until dal slightly turn brown.
2.Add mustard seeds,hing stir it once and add red chilli and fry for 2 minutes.
3.Now add ginger,curry leaves and fry for 2 more minutes.
4.Turn off heat and let it cool down completely.
5.Grind the roasted ingredients along with boiled tamrind,salt,turmeric,jaggery by adding little water to make a paste.
