Bendakaya Pulusu

Ingredients:
Bhendi - 100 gms(Wash,Throw the cut ends,Chop)
fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
greenchilli - 1 cut into half

Hing - a pinch
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
salt - to taste
coriander powder - 1 tsp
Tamrind Juice - 1 cup
Jaggery - 2 tsps
Rice flour - 1 tbsps(mix well into enough water to make a paste)
Oil - 2 tbsp
coriander leaves - a few

Tadka:
Mustard  seeds - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
red chilli - 1 cut into half
curry leaves - a few

Method:
1.Heat Oil in a Pan,add tadka to it and fry for a minute.
2.Add fenugreek seeds,greenchilli,hing,turmeric and stir once.
3.Add chopped Bhendi,redchilli powder,salt,coriander powder and fry for 5 minutes.
4.Now add tamrind juice,Jaggery,Mix well,cover and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
5.Add Rice flour paste and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
6.Add coriander leaves and mix well,close the lid and turn off flame.
