Chamadumpa Fry

Ingredients:
Chamadumpa - 250 gms(boile,peel,chop)
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
salt - to taste
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
pappula podi - 2 tsps
curry leaves - a few
Oil - 4 tbsp

Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and fry for a minute.
2.Add boiled chamadumpa and fry for 3 minutes.
3.Add salt,turmeric,redchilli powder,dhaniya powder, mix,cover and cook for 5 minutes.
4.Lastly add pappula podi and stir a minute and Turn off.
