Ingredients:
Kanda - 250 gms(peeled,cubed)
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
salt - to taste
tamrind - a small lemon sized
Rice flour(or)Corn flour
Besan -1/2 cup
grated ginger - 1 tsp
chopped greenchilli - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - a few chopped
Oil - for deep fry
Method:
1.Boil kanda in tamrind water by adding turmeric powder for 5 minutes in high flame.Drain,grate and keep it aside.
2.Take a bowl,add grated kanda,rice flour,Besan,ginger,greenchilli,salt,curryleaves and mix everything well.
3.Make small equal balls or vadas and deep fry in Oil.
