Ingredients
Rice – 1/2 cup
Mung Dal – 1/2 cup
Green split mung dal - 2 tbsp
Water – 5 cups
Salt – to taste
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Hing – a pinch
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ghee/oil - 1 tbsp
Method
1.Wash Rice and Dals with water well and keep it aside.
2.In a pressure cooker,add Rice,Dals,Water,Salt,turmeric powder,Hing,ghee and mix well.
3.Pressure cook until one whistle and simmer for 5 minutes and turn off heat.
