Capsicum Fry

Ingredients:
Capsicum - 250 gms (wash,chop into medium cubes)
salt - to taste
red chilli powder - to taste
curry powder - 2 tbsps
Oil - 2 tbsp

Tadka:
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
red chilli - 1 cut into half
curry leaves - a few

 Method:
1.Heat Oil in a pan,Add tadka and fry until seeds spluter.
2.Add capsicum pieces and fry for 5 mins.
3.Add salt,redchilli powder and fry covered for 5 mins.
4.Add curry powder,mix well,turn off flame.

Aratikaya Vepudu

Ingredients:
Aratikaya - 250 gms(wash,peel,chop)
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
salt - to taste
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
coriander leaves - a few
Oil - 2 tbsp

Method:
1.Drop the Aratikaya Pieces in boiling water and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.Strain water and Keep it aside.
2.Heat Oil in a pan,add aratikaya pieces and fry for 2 minutes.
3.Add red chilli powder,salt,turmeric,coriander powder and mix and fry for 8 minutes.
4.Turn off heat and garnish with coriander leaves.

Bendakaya Pulusu

Ingredients:
Bhendi - 100 gms(Wash,Throw the cut ends,Chop)
fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
greenchilli - 1 cut into half

Hing - a pinch
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
salt - to taste
coriander powder - 1 tsp
Tamrind Juice - 1 cup
Jaggery - 2 tsps
Rice flour - 1 tbsps(mix well into enough water to make a paste)
Oil - 2 tbsp
coriander leaves - a few

Tadka:
Mustard  seeds - 1 tsp

Method:
1.Heat Oil in a Pan,add tadka to it and fry for a minute.
2.Add fenugreek seeds,greenchilli,hing,turmeric and stir once.
3.Add chopped Bhendi,redchilli powder,salt,coriander powder and fry for 5 minutes.
4.Now add tamrind juice,Jaggery,Mix well,cover and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
5.Add Rice flour paste and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
6.Add coriander leaves and mix well,close the lid and turn off flame.
