Potato korma


Ingredients
big potatos - 2
green chillis - 2(slit them length wise)
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
salt - as per taste
Oil - 2 tsp
curry leaves
coriander for garnishing

Masala(grind with little water)
chopped Ginger - 2 tsp
chopped Coconut - 2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Cloves - 4
Green cardamom pods - 4
Cinnamon stick - small piece

Method
1.Boil the potatos,peel the skin,cut them into halves or quarters and keep it aside.

2.Now add oil in a pan, add greenchillis,curry leaves & saute till onions become little brown.

3.Add 1 tsp masala paste and fry till raw smell goes.

4.now add red chilli powder,salt,boiled potatos,mix,covered,cook for 5 mins in low flame.Now add little water,mix,covered,cook for few mins.

5.Turn off heat & garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot with rice or roti.
